Empower Support isn\u2019t just another NDIS provider; we\u2019re East\u00a0Gippsland locals with more than 150\u00a0years of combined local knowledge<\/strong>. We\u2019ve grown up here, raised families here and spent decades working in this community. Meet Andrew\u00a0John\u00a0Wickham \u2013 Founder, Owner &\u00a0Manager<\/strong><\/p>

Andrew has lived in Lakes Entrance for decades and brings more than 20\u00a0years<\/strong> of community volunteering to NDIS Support East\u00a0Gippsland. A 63\u2011year\u2011old father of three adult sons, he\u2019s a long\u2011time volunteer and mentor in a local community group and has worked with men in a Victorian correctional facility. Andrew focuses on helping men reconnect through community access and transport, accommodation assistance and support at medical appointments anywhere in Victoria. He and his team are committed to caring for clients with a friendly, encouraging presence and a genuine desire to help people live better lives!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Louise Coventry<\/strong><\/p>

Louise Coventry, a proud mum of four children, two teenage boys and two younger children. A long-time resident of Lakes Entrance, Louise is known for her bubbly personality, caring nature and the way she brightens every room she enters. Louise holds a Certificate IV in Community Services and is currently working toward her Diploma. Louise is passionate about supporting clients helping them build confidence, overcome challenges, and live their best life. Whether it\u2019s at home, in her studies, or out in the community, Louise brings warmth, positivity, and a heart for making a difference. He brings experience caring for people of all ages and offers reliable transport across Victoria\u2014from appointments to special events. Her background in community pastoral support and client care makes her a valuable addition to our team. I am delighted to welcome Rosie Alexandrov to our team. Based in Lakes Entrance, Rosie brings energy and a genuine passion for supporting others. She has recently completed training in emotional and social support for children and young people and comes with hands-on experience in pastoral care through her work with young people in the local community.
